Lenthall Infant and Nursery School is a small community infant and nursery school, with children aged four to seven in infants. It is situated in Dronfield which is a pleasant residential area. At the age of seven, the majority of our children transfer to local Junior Schools with whom we have a close liaison.

The school buildings are bright and spacious and supplemented by a large, hard-surfaced playground and garden areas with paths and seating facilities used during school time for many activities, for example, Science. We also have expansive school grounds and a Forest School dedicated area.  Our large grounds, ensure that all of our children benefit from outdoor education as part of their curriculum. Our grounds must be seen to be believed! 

The School has an Early Years Unit, with provision for three-year-olds. The Nursery also makes good use of our extensive facilities in school including the Forest School, Hall, Computing Suite, and Library or 'Book Nook' as we like to call it.

If childcare is required outside of school hours, then our After School Children's Club operates from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm and may have places available.
