Lenthall Wraparound Provision: Breakfast & After-School Clubs
Welcome to Lenthall’s school-led wraparound care!
We know how important it is for families to access high-quality, affordable childcare that children genuinely enjoy. Our wraparound provision is now fully operated by Lenthall Infant and Nursery School, ensuring consistency, care, and a strong connection to our school values.
Our experienced and nurturing staff create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and engaged. We offer a wide range of fun and enriching activities designed to complement the school day and support children’s development.
Best Start Free Breakfast Club
We are proud to offer a DfE-funded Best Start Free Breakfast Club for all Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 children.
- Time: 8:15 – 8:45 am, Monday to Friday
- Children enjoy a healthy breakfast alongside their friends, helping them start the day with energy, focus, and a smile.
Breakfast clubs offer more than just food—they support better concentration, improved attendance, and positive social interaction. It’s a great way for children to settle into the school day calmly and confidently.
Extended Breakfast Club
- Open: Monday to Friday, 7:30 – 8:45 am
- Available to all children, this session includes breakfast and a relaxed start to the day with quiet activities and gentle play.
After-School Club
- Open: Monday to Friday, 3:15 – 6:00 pm
- Each day features themed activities, outdoor play, creative sessions, and a light tea.
- Special themed days include:
- Make it Monday – creative and crafty fun
- Fun Night Friday – games, treats, and end-of-week celebration
Who Can Attend?
Our wraparound care is open to:
- Pupils of Lenthall Infant and Nursery School
- Siblings of current pupils
- Children from our local catchment area
We also offer a free delivery and collection service to and from Northfield Junior School and Stonelow Junior School, making it easier for families with children at multiple schools.
