Welcome to Lenthall’s School-Led Wraparound Care
We know how important it is for families to access high-quality, reliable childcare that children genuinely enjoy. Our wraparound provision is fully operated by Lenthall Infant and Nursery School, ensuring consistency, care, and a strong connection to our school values.
Our experienced and nurturing staff create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and engaged. We offer a wide range of enriching activities to complement the school day and support children’s wellbeing and development.
🍎 Breakfast Provision
DfE-Funded Free Breakfast (Reception–Year 2)
- Time: 8:15am – 8:45am (Monday to Friday)
- Cost: Free
Children enjoy a healthy breakfast and calm start to the day alongside their friends, supporting positive wellbeing, focus, and readiness to learn.
Early Breakfast (Paid)
- Time: 7:30am – 8:15am
- Cost: £4.00 per session
A relaxed start with breakfast and quiet play before joining the free session.
Nursery Breakfast (Paid)
- Time: 7:30am – 8:45am
- Cost: £8.50 per session
Includes breakfast, play-based activities and a gentle transition into the nursery day, reflecting early years staffing and care requirements.
Junior School Breakfast & Transfer (Paid)
- Time: 7:30am – 8:30am
- Cost: £9.50 per session
This session includes breakfast, supervision, and a staffed transfer to local junior schools, ensuring a safe and smooth start to the day.
🌈 After-School Club
- Open: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm – 6:00pm
Our after-school provision offers a safe, nurturing and enjoyable end to the school day, with a balance of relaxation, play and structured activities.
Session Options
- Short Session: 3:15pm – 4:30pm – £9.00 per session
- Full Session: 3:15pm – 6:00pm – £14.00 per session
Each session includes a healthy snack, indoor and outdoor play, creative activities and opportunities for children to unwind.

Our wraparound care is open to:
- Pupils of Lenthall Infant and Nursery School
- Siblings of current pupils
- Children from our local catchment area
We also offer a staffed transfer service to and from Northfield Junior School and Stonelow Junior School, supporting families with children at multiple schools.
